Philips Spark is a simple and basic GSM mobile phone. The phone is some kind of a heavy at 129g and measuring 139 x 56 x 23 mm. Because the phone is too wide, feeling uncomfortable in use. Philips Spark is powered by Standard, 4000 mAh Li-Ion battery that has capacity to work up to 650 hours in standby mode and talk time up to 6 hours.

The Philips Spark comes with Monochrome display with the resolution of 5 lines, which is not very high but is normal for small phone like this. The plastic keypad has good placed keys and a two-way navigation button centered below the display can help to operate menus. Philips Spark supports for Single-band 900 MHz and offer features such as SMS and Monophonic ring tones.
